People’s Partnership is a financial services business, specialising in pensions. The People’s Pension is one of the most successful pension products on the market, with around 6 million members, 100,000 employers and £18 billion in assets under management.
In 2021, People’s Partnership employed me on a fixed-term basis as an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Executive.
In a nutshell, my role involved planning, writing and delivering multi-channel internal communications for employee audiences which brought the organisational strategy to life, informed colleagues about company news, highlighted people stories from across the business, and improved employees' experience of working for People’s Partnership, by acting on their feedback.
Projects included working with the CEO on strategic activities including Pulse Surveys and quarterly town halls, supporting the Reward team with communicating recognition schemes, and the Head of Organisational Capability to communicate L&D initiatives.
Provided Business Partner support to subject matter experts; collaborating cross-functionally on how to land their messaging in the right way with the right audience, and aligning this with organisational and departmental strategies
Planned, wrote/produced, delivered and tracked communications for the core communications channels: intranet, email, newsletters and videos
Organised, communicated, delivered and tracked engagement from strategic and operational events including monthly Lunch & Learns, quarterly Town Halls and the wellbeing calendar of events
Introduced and produced HR Heroes: a monthly internal newsletter to bring the HR function closer together and break down silos between specialisms
